True Passion for acting

Classes are open to anyone who is 18 years or older, who has a true passion for acting, a good deal of curiosity, a lively imagination, and a willingness to learn and grow. However, the Meisner technique is a professional training that requires a significant time investment and a great deal of dedication.

Please make sure you have room in your life for such a commitment before you sign up.

Ultimately, the key to success is not the amount of previous experience as an actor, but a positive attitude towards self-improvement, a willingness to work hard, and a positive attitude.

All applicants are urged to familiarize themselves with the basic idea of the Meisner technique and its core principles before applying. A good place to start is the interview with William Esper, whose approach on Meisner is closely followed by the studio and which can be found here. This interview describes all the techniques the students will encounter in the first year of the program.

Submitting ≠ Admitted

Our selection procedure is intended to only admit applicants that show a genuine interest and aim to follow the training at a professional level. We strive to create course groups with maximum diversity, and as such, we may recommend that you enroll in a different group.

We will conact you

Depending on the course of interest, once your application has been received, we will contact you with enrollment details and arrange an interview at the Studio. All Two-Year applicants will have an interview with the acting teacher.

Interview with the teacher

There is no formal audition required. The aim of the interview is to understand your aspirations and goals related to acting. We would like to found out how your aspirations aligns with your personal circumstances. Please allow us some time because we need to review your application and consider what class would be the best fit for you.

Emotional workout

Our acting class offers a unique opportunity to engage your emotional life, much like a gym strengthens your physical health. It is no surprise our tuition features around the same hourly price  as a gym or yoga studio. 

Four installments

Payment is made in four equal tranches throughout the year, starting with your admittance. Subsequent payments are due on November 1st, February 1st, and April 1st. No payment is required in case you would leave the training
