The Meisner studio collaborates with voice teacher Wei-Yi Lin. Wei-Yi has been studying the Linklater Voice technique for over 13 years, and was an interpreter and assistant teacher to Ms. Linklater herself. She is the fourth Kristin Linklater Voice(KLV) teacher in Asia out of a select company of about 200 designated KLV teachers worldwide.
Through breathing and vocalisation exercises, you learn how to release impulses and emotions through free voice with full potential of expressivity. Removing physical inhibitions and physiological limitations that might block the freedom of your voice, will help you perform organically with powerful, clear expressions.
With constant practice, Linklater Voice technique could free your natural voice and allow actors to unlock the full acting potential while staying true and free under all circumstances.
